See, I'm capable of continuing to post! We've been on vacation for a few weeks now. After a HORRIBLE experience trying to travel from AK to South Carolina we FINALLY made it to our beautiful beach house in Hilton Head. Drew's PopPop celebrated his 87th birthday by putting up his kids and their families in a huge house on Hilton Head Island. Thank you thank you! We enjoyed it all so much, but when we finally got in at 2 AM on the first night, after traveling for over 24 hours, this was a beautiful sight:
Once we recovered from the trip though, we got busy doing what the Harlos family does best:
If only one picture could sum up our week, this would be it. The Harlos family loves to talk! We spent the vast majority of our waking hours sitting around talking, just like this. It's amazing how much we can come up with to say. It was really great to get to know everyone better. And relaxing at the beach at a beautiful house doesn't hurt either.
